AI Attitude Recognition
Our proprietary AI algorithm deeply fuses multi-dimensional sensor data to track the machine's center-of-gravity shift and instability trends, accurately distinguishing dangerous tilt from normal vibration and filtering environmental false alarms.
Three-Tier Alerts
Escalating alerts progress from notification to warning to emergency alarm. On threshold trigger, a high-decibel siren sounds on site while alerts push to mobile and the central platform via 4G/LoRa; a built-in black box records 30 seconds before and after every event.
